Hi 👋, I'm Serhii Hrekov

I'm a Software Engineer specializing in scalable, high-performance web applications, backend architecture, automation and many more things around IT(really...I mean REALLY). I have a strong background in building complex systems(from start to end). I'm the creator of hrekov.com, I build and document real-world solutions, from complex APIs and microservices to public-facing Telegram Bots and browser automation tools. About the hrekov.com platform​

I built the hrekov.com website to share my software engineer experience and to distribute practical APIs, web tools, guides, and real-world solutions for developers and tech enthusiasts. Unlike typical technical blogs that rely on toy examples, my platform focuses on production-ready architecture and real development challenges.

One of the main reasons I started this website is to be able to return to my own content and tools and find it easily.

I embrace a build-in-public philosophy, my website features an open analytics dashboard and a project timeline to share the behind-the-scenes engineering journey, so enjoy!

The main sections that I have right now are:

• Apps: that I build! Production-ready web applications, APIs, and Telegram Bots built by me, I'm trying to add the source code whenever I can (see Apps section)
• Guides: In-depth tutorials and how-to articles on software development topics(e.g., API design, microservices, automation, etc.)
• Blog: Regularly updated articles on industry trends, best practices, and personal insights(see Blog section)
• Documentation: Comprehensive documentation for the apps and tools that I've build, including API references and implementation guides (see Docs section)
